City crews will be installing temporary “No Parking” signs along affected streets beginning on Sunday, September 28, 2025. Residents and visitors are strongly advised to observe and comply with all posted signage to avoid towing.

City of Utica Announces Winter Youth Employment Opportunities in Partnership with Herkimer, Madison, Oneida Workforce Development Board.

Youth between the ages of 14 and 20 are encouraged to apply for positions available at the Utica Recreation Center, Val Bialas, and the Utica Municipal Ice Rink. Each employee will be able to work up to 200 hours over the winter season at a pay rate of $15.50 per hour.
