City crews will be installing temporary “No Parking” signs along affected streets beginning on Sunday, September 28, 2025. Residents and visitors are strongly advised to observe and comply with all posted signage to avoid towing.
The City of Utica Urban Renewal Agency has received an offer from the owner of Destination Kia of Utica to purchase 5.5 acres of City-owned land along Erie Street and Oriskany Boulevard.
Youth between the ages of 14 and 20 are encouraged to apply for positions available at the Utica Recreation Center, Val Bialas, and the Utica Municipal Ice Rink. Each employee will be able to work up to 200 hours over the winter season at a pay rate of $15.50 per hour.
The department was formally granted reaccreditation certification by the DCJS Accreditation Council.
