The City of Utica Civic Development Corporation (UCDC) will typically meet on the first Wednesday of each month at 9:00am in the Department of Urban & Economic Development Conference Room on the 2nd floor of City Hall. The Executive Director reserves the right to cancel a meeting due to lack of quorum or actionable items to be brought before the Corporation.
