Welcome to the Urban Renewal Agency

The Urban Renewal Agency (URA) provides access for individuals, businesses community organizations and other developers interested in redeveloping tax foreclosed, abandoned and distressed properties acquired by the City of Utica.

Individuals or organizations that are applying for the acquisition of property must demonstrate that they can make the necessary commitment and have the financial ability to complete the project.
