Broad Street TAP Project (PIN 2650.67)

The City of Utica will host a public information meeting to discuss the Broad Street TAP Project (PIN 2650.67). The project runs along Broad Street from Burchard Lane to Mohawk Street.

The intent of this meeting is to discuss the preliminary design for pedestrian and cyclist safety and accessibility improvements within the project area. This meeting will gather valuable public feedback on current design plans. The City understands the importance of improving mobility and quality of life for those who live, work, study, and travel within the city.

The meeting will be held on Wednesday, September 23, 2026 7:00 – 9:00 PM at the City Council Chambers 1 Kennedy Plaza, Utica, NY 13502.
