The City of Utica Planning Board meets regularly on a monthly basis.  Generally, meetings are held at 4:30 PM on the 3rd Thursday of every month in the Common Council Chambers of City Hall.  All meetings of the Planning Board are open to the public.

In the event that the Board reviews an application for a Special Use Permit, meetings are subject to additional public notice requirements and property owners within a 200 foot radius of any subject property will be notified by mail of an owner's intent.
