Business Assistance Fund
The City of Utica’s Business Assistance Fund (BAF), a priority project of the Downtown Revitalization Initiative (DRI), is kicking off! The Business Assistance Fund (BAF) will provide funding to business and property owners to catalyze expansion and improvement projects to strengthen and support Downtown businesses and buildings within the DRI Target Area.
As much as $70,000 in grant dollars is available per property when matched by at least $10,000! Mixed-use projects that include at least two (2) residential units are eligible to receive even more assistance. Public Information Session:
A Public Information Session is scheduled for Wednesday, August 17th at 5:00 PM in the Council Chambers on the 1st Floor of Utica City Hall.
