Sidewalk

A sidewalk permit must be obtained by the homeowner prior to any removal and/or construction activities associated with the mainline sidewalk in the City's right-of-way can begin. The contractor is required to follow minimal requirements as noted in the specifications and detail drawing provided by the Engineering Department. During any given construction season a sidewalk rebate program may be in effect depending on the availability of funds. Please inquire regarding the program's status and details prior to obtaining a permit.
