MAYOR PALMIERI ANNOUNCES NEW HOTEL FOR NORTH UTICA 

4^th Visions Hotel to be Built in Utica

Mayor Robert Palmieri today announced that Visions Hotels has submitted plans to build an 89 room extended stay hotel on North Genesee Street. HOME 2 Suites by Hilton will offer guests a fresh new extended stay experience with inspired amenities and spacious comfortable suites with fully equipped kitchenettes and an indoor pool. 

The hotel also boasts inviting community spaces complete with fire pit and outdoor grills.

Mayor Robert Palmieri stated, “As development continues at Harbor Point, we welcome another quality Visions Hotel property to our City. This is a testament to the Patel family’s belief in Utica’s future and we are thankful for their latest investment.  If approved this will be the 4^th hotel to be built by Visions Hotels in the City of Utica to date.”
