The City of Utica is happy to announce the opening of the
Ice Rink on the Parkway.
Mayor Galime States: “In a city with many popular traditions, I am happy to see new ones be created and being able to ice skate outside on the Parkway is one of them.”
Starting December 13th 2024
Public Skate Hours:
Fridays: 5:00pm - 8:00pm
Saturdays: 11:00am – 1:00pm & 3:00pm – 5:00pm
Sundays: 10:00am- 12:00pm & 2:00pm 4:00pm
Note: Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Adult Skate (18 and over)
Tuesdays and Thursdays 12:00pm – 1:30pm
For all hours of Skating – Skate Rentals will be $5 and Open Skate will be $5.
There will be additional hours provided for Holidays and school breaks.
Mayor Galime added: “I would like to thank my staff and everyone that worked hard to get the rink up and running. We are now in a position that has allowed us to take full operational control and full ownership of everything needed to operate the rink.”
