CITY OF UTICA SNOW EMERGENCY
Due to the anticipated forecast of snow tonight, the City of Utica is being proactive and declaring a Snow Emergency that will go into effect tonight, MARCH 3rd at 10:00pm.
To facilitate safe passage for snow removal and emergency services, all vehicles must be removed from city streets by 10:00 pm on FRIDAY, MARCH 3rd with no exceptions. Any vehicles left on city streets after 10:00 pm on MARCH 3rd are subject to ticketing and towing at the owner’s expense. The Snow Emergency will remain in effect until further notice.
