CITY OF UTICA SNOW EMERGENCY
Due to the anticipated forecast of snow tonight, the City of Utica is being proactive and declaring a Snow Emergency that will go into effect tonight, February 22nd at 10:00pm.
To facilitate safe passage for snow removal and emergency services, all vehicles must be removed from city streets by 10:00pm on Wednesday, February 22nd with no exceptions. Any vehicles left on city streets after 10:00pm on February 22nd are subject to ticketing and towing at the owner’s expense. The Snow Emergency will remain in effect until further notice.
