Due to the anticipated forecast, the City of Utica has declared a Snow Emergency that will go into effect at 10:00 tonight, Friday March 11th.

To facilitate safe passage for snow removal and emergency services, all vehicles must be removed from city streets by 10:00 tonight.

Any vehicles left parked on city streets after 10:00pm are subject to ticketing and towing at the owner’s expense.

City officials have been in regular contact with organizers of the St. Patrick’s Day Parade, which is scheduled tomorrow (Saturday March 12th) morning. The Department of Public Works (DPW) is coordinating with parade organizers to ensure the route is plowed prior to the start of the parade.
