City of Utica Update

The New York, Susquehanna & Western Railway is scheduled to perform maintenance work on the railway crossing near Higby Road next week.

The maintenance work is scheduled for Tuesday, March 8th and will begin at approximately 7:30am. It is projected that this section of Higby Road will be one-lane traffic from 8:00am-2:00pm.

Any changes to this schedule will be shared as it is learned.
