MAYOR PALMIERI ANNOUNCES STARBUCKS OPENING IN NORTH UTICA

Mayor Robert Palmieri today announced Starbucks will be opening its first Utica location, a 2,200 square foot facility that will be located at 71 North Genesee Street.  Starbucks has formally submitted its plans to the Utica Planning Board which is scheduled to meet Thursday April 15^th.

With the development of the Utica Harbor progressing and the continued revitalization of North Genesee Street and downtown, the opening of the first Utica Starbucks is another exciting catalyst for economic growth.   

Mayor Palmieri stated, “As a community, we welcome Starbucks with open arms.  This is an exciting time in our city and my Administration will continue to work diligently to attract local, regional and national developers to Utica.”
