   NOTICE TO BIDDERS

Specifications have been filed by the Board of Contract and Supply for:

FURNISH BODY WORN CAMERAS

FOR THE UTICA POLICE DEPARTMENT

Sealed bids for the aforementioned proposal shall be received at the Board of Contract and Supply office, 1 Kennedy Plaza, Utica, New York, 13502, until 12:00 p.m. on May 21, 2015. Bids shall be opened and publicly read in the Common Council Chambers, City Hall, Utica, New York, immediately after the time set for receipt.

Copies of the Bid Documents may be obtained only from the Board of Contract and Supply, 1 Kennedy Plaza, Utica, New York, 13502. Proposals shall be received only from persons who obtain Bid Documents from the Board of Contract and Supply and are duly registered on the List of Bidders.

No bids shall be received after 12:00 p.m. on the date set for receipt. Bids shall be addressed to the Board of Contract and Supply and be endorsed on the outside of the envelope with the name of the bidder and the title of work to which it relates.

Sealed bids shall include all the required bid forms, affidavits and statements.

No contractor will discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of race, religion, sex, or national origin.

Issuance of this bid proposal was resolved by the Board of Contract & Supply on April 23, 2015.

The BOARD OF CONTRACT AND SUPPLY reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informalities in the bid.
