In accordance with the requirements contained in Section 2-29-44 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Utica, the applicant is seeking approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness in order to install signage at the above referenced property.

The applicant proposes to have a new facade sign installed. The new sign will feature an upgraded facade background of brushed aluminum panels with routed PVC letters and LED halo lighting, designed to be compatible with existing signage in the area. The sign will be 21” x 154” (212.45 sf).  The sign will read “Technergetics”.

In accordance with the requirements contained in Section 2-29-44 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Utica, the applicant is seeking approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness in order to install a carport at the above referenced property.

The applicant is proposing to install a gray military-grade metal carport measuring 12’ x 20’ with heavy-duty galvanized steel and powder-coated steel poles, located 7’ from the property line in the driveway. The existing area is an open space with 3-inch concrete, and the carport is designed to be compatible with the property's architecture and neighborhood.
