In accordance with the requirements contained in Section 2-29-44 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Utica, the applicant is seeking approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness in order to expand the parking lot at the above referenced property.

 

The applicant is proposing to extend the parking out toward Hopper Street.  The applicant has stated that they require additional parking to accommodate the increasing number of people attending worship on Sundays. 

 

The proposal does not indicate the number of additional parking spaces that will be added.  A grass strip will remain between the parking lot and the sidewalk.
