Mayor Palmieri’s Ride
Mayor Palmieri announces the Mayor's Ride; a free bicycling event organized in order to promote the advancement of bicycling (events, infrastructure and facilities). In particular, the event brings attention to the Complete Streets legislation, National Bike Month, the Erie Canalway Trail, Healthy Lifestyles, and Zagster Bike Share. Come join the Mayor for a group ride that will start and end at Utica City Hall, travel along City streets, the newly constructed mixed use trail/bridge and the existing mixed-use trail through Proctor Park. The event is planned to start at 1:30pm on Tuesday, May 30, 2017.
