In accordance with the requirements contained in Section 2-29-294 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Utica, the applicant is seeking approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness in order to replace signage at the above referenced property.
The applicant is proposing to install a 24” x 88” - ¼” aluminum composite sign with digitally
printed vinyl graphics which will read “mosaic health – Better happens together.” along with the Mosaic Health logo. The face of the sign will be white with black lettering and a grey and purple logo. They are proposing to locate the sign above the front entrance on the brick face where the previous tenant had their sign.
