4. ACTION: Increasing LOC1 to $2,650,000 for 90 days and extending maturity date from 8/30/21 to 10/31/21. After 90 days, LOC will drop to $2,250,000
5. ACTION: Reduce LOC2 amount by $1,250,000 by 1/31/21 then by $600,000 by 6/1/21.  Extending maturity date from 2/28/21 to 10/31/21.
