The sale is the culmination of a decades-long efforts to bring Harbor Point to life.
Located on the north side of Whitesboro Street between DeWitt and Saratoga Streets, the units will be divided between two separate structures, each of which will include a townhouse-style façade so as to fit into the context of the surrounding neighborhood.
The sign is on the north side of the Utica Place garage, which is adjacent to the old Boston Store and sits at the entrance to Downtown Utica.
The team has had considerable experience in guiding the reuse process for a number of similarly sized hospital facilities across upstate New York.
The mural took just over 90 days to complete, required hundreds of can of spray paint and was document on social media by residents across the Mohawk Valley.
Construction is expected to be completed by the first day of summer 2024.
