ADVISORY: PARKING IN CITY LOTS RESTRICTED
The City of Utica is restricting parking in some of its public lots this weekend due to safety and staging necessities related to Bank of Utica New Year’s Eve Presented with the City of Utica and its Public Safety Departments.
Vehicles will not be allowed in the surface lots adjacent to Hanna Park and City Hall. Parking will not be allowed on the top level of the Washington Street Garage as well.
Restrictions start at 4 p.m. on Friday, December 30th and will be lifted at noon on January 1st. Any vehicle parked in these lots during the restricted times will be towed.
All other city owned parking lots and garages will operate as normal and Kennedy Garage will be open to the public on Saturday evening and early Sunday morning for the festivities.
