MAYOR PALMIERI ANNOUNCES OVER $334,000 GENERATED FROM CITY OF UTICA’S PROPERTY AUCTION

Mayor Robert Palmieri today announced the City’s property auction held on May 25th generated $334,650 in sales; of which $225,400 is direct revenue for the City. 

In total, 16 properties were auctioned and sold to the highest bidders.  

Mayor Palmieri stated, “It is great to see so many people investing in Utica.  Marketing and selling city owned land to private investors is advantageous for our community, both in the short and long term.  I commend and thank City staff for executing yet another successful auction.”
