      A. Utica Sunset Associates, LLC - Ratify action taken by the IDA with respect to amendments to underlying documents relating to the Utica Sunset Associates, LLC Facility.

      B. Asteri Utica, LLC - Ratify action taken by the IDA with respect to execution of a First Amended and Restated PILOT Agreement relating to the Asteri Utica LLC Facility.

 4. New Business

       A. 2020 PAAA Reports – approval of 2020 Public Authority Accountability Act documents
