In accordance with the requirements contained in Section 2-29-294 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Utica, the applicant is seeking approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness in order to construct a shed at the above referenced location.
The applicant is proposing to construct a 12’ x 40’ (480 sf) heated storage shed along the median and parking lot in the rear of the property. The exterior of the shed will have smartpanel siding and will be painted grey with a green metal roof to match the existing building.
The applicant will be required to receive an area variance from the City of Utica’s Zoning Board of Appeals for the size and the location of the shed.

In accordance with the requirements contained in Section 2-29-294 of the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Utica, the applicant is seeking approval of a Certificate of Appropriateness in order to make exterior improvements at the above referenced location.
The applicant is proposing to repair or replace in kind exterior façade materials including limestone wall panels, green marble panels, granite floor slabs and treads and stainless steel trim. Also, the owner will remove metal sign panels to expose and restore original incised lettering on the north and south walls – gold to match the Indian logo.
